Receiving a Freight Shipment
If your shipment appears damaged, note this with the carrier upon receipt, or sign the bill-of-lading with a notation “damaged freight”, take pictures, and examine the goods immediately. If damage was the result of faulty carrier handling, we will file a claim on your behalf. Call us at 216-539-0895 should this happen.
